Fund Desk Buy — US$39

A trading desk that enforces
your own rules.

Sizes the position. Refuses the trade that breaks your limits. Puts the stop at the exchange, not in software that can crash. Records the plan before you enter, so you can see afterwards whether you followed it.

Built for BYBIT — perpetuals, inverse contracts and spot, each sized with the right maths. Binance, OKX and Bitget are coming →
The calculator: a long on SOLUSDT sized to 72.1 contracts for $374.92 of risk, with profit at target, stop distance, margin required, maintenance margin rate, and how much of the fund floor one loss consumes.
Type an entry and a stop. It sizes the position, and shows you the risk, the margin, the fees and what one loss costs you against your floor.

Why this exists

The expensive mistakes are rarely analytical

Almost nobody blows up an account by misreading a chart. They blow up by sizing one trade three times normal after two losses, moving a stop, opening a fourth position, or forgetting the stop and going to bed.

All of that is mechanically preventable, and your exchange will not prevent it — it earns more when you trade more. Fund Desk sits between you and the order. You set the rules once, when you are calm. It applies them when you are not.

Guardrails

Limits that actually refuse

A daily loss cap, a fund floor, a ceiling on open risk, a cap on concurrent positions, a cooldown after consecutive losses. Set the ones you want; leave the rest off.

They are a gate, not a dashboard. The order is refused inside the program, not in the browser. And the fund floor cannot be overridden at all.

Tightening a limit applies at once. Loosening one waits until 00:00 UTC. Raising a loss limit mid-drawdown is exactly what this exists to stop.

The risk page: each rule with its limit, what is used and what is left, the fund anchor, and a live warning on a losing streak.
Every rule, what it has used, and what is left. The losing-streak warning here is the desk noticing before you do.

Sending the order

Nothing goes out until you confirm it

Every check runs again on the server, and you see the exact payload that would reach Bybit before it does. Then you type the symbol to confirm.

The stop goes out attached to the entry order, triggered on mark price, and the desk verifies it landed on the resulting position. A stop held in your computer is a promise. One at the exchange is a fact.

The lodgement screen: preflight checks, the exact order payload that would be sent to Bybit, and the open positions below.
The last screen before anything is sent.

The journal

It knows what you meant to do

Every other journal reads your exchange history after the fact, so all it can know is the fill. It tells you the outcome. It can never tell you anything about the discipline.

This one wrote the plan down before the position existed — entry, stop, target, planned risk. So it can measure the gap: your entry slippage, whether you cut early, how much of the target you captured, what fees really cost you.

The journal: plan followed, cut early, entry slippage, target captured, expectancy and profit factor, above a table of trades comparing planned price to filled price.
Plan versus actual. The figures an importer-based journal cannot produce, because it never saw the plan.

Your keys

Where your API keys live

On your computer, encrypted, and nowhere else. There is no account to make, no server to trust, and no mechanism by which we could see your keys, your balance or your trades. Nothing is transmitted to us, ever.

One key, and one module that can use it. Everything that watches your account reads through a client with no order methods on it at all — the ability to place an order lives in a single file, and nothing else in the program can reach it.

Holding a key is not consent to use it. Trading stays disarmed until you arm it deliberately, and every page says when it is armed.

Never give it withdrawal permission. Fund Desk does not use it and never will.

You do not have to take that on faith — the Health page shows exactly what each key can do and where your data sits.

The health page: connectivity to Bybit, the permissions held by each API key, key expiry, and the folder where the local database is stored.
What each key can do, when it expires, and where your data is kept.

The rest of it

Finished software, not a script

Sizing that gets inverse contracts right. Fees and liquidation distance in every calculation. Metrics, saved setups, CSV export, automatic daily backups.

The metrics dashboard: period summary cards, an equity curve with a visible drawdown, a reward-to-risk chart and a monthly performance matrix.
The dashboard. Every number here is computed from your own trade history, on your own machine.

Honesty

What it is not

Said plainly and early, because you are about to consider giving this software an exchange key.

NoIt does not trade for you. There is no automatic mode, and no signals.
NoIt does not predict anything, and makes no claim about your returns.
NoIt is not a bot, a copy-trading service or a strategy.
NoIt cannot stop you losing money. It can stop you losing it faster than you decided to.
YesIt sizes the trade properly, including fees and liquidation distance.
YesIt refuses the order that breaks the rules you set.
YesIt attaches the stop at the exchange and verifies it landed.
YesIt keeps the record that proves what you actually did.

Questions

Worth asking before you trust software with an exchange key

Does it trade for me?

No. It sizes and checks the trade, then sends the order only when you press the button and type the symbol. There is no automatic mode. Without a trade key it cannot send anything at all.

Can you see my keys, my trades, or my balance?

No, and there is no mechanism by which we could. Your keys are encrypted on your own disk and your journal is a database in your own user folder. The program talks to Bybit and nothing else.

What happens if you go out of business?

Nothing changes. There is no licence server to shut down and no account to deactivate. Your key is checked offline, so your copy keeps working.

What does the licence key do?

It activates the desk. You enter it once during setup and Fund Desk runs; without a valid key it does not. Your positions and stops live at Bybit, not in the desk, so nothing about the key ever touches a trade. Verification is offline — nothing phones home.

I trade a funded / prop account. Does it handle that?

Yes — that is what the trailing drawdown rule is for. It tracks the floor from your high-water mark rather than your starting balance, which is the rule most people breach and the one that is easiest to misjudge while you are in profit. More on funded accounts →

Which exchange?

Bybit today — perpetuals, inverse contracts and spot. Binance, OKX and Bitget are being built, and your one payment covers them when they land.

Why not a subscription?

It runs on your computer and uses none of our resources. Charging monthly for that is rent. One payment also puts the incentives the right way round: we do not need you to keep trading.

What do I need to install?

Windows, and about 40MB of disk. The installer is 15.7MB and installs for your user only, so there is no administrator prompt. Nothing else to set up.

Windows showed me a warning on first run. Is that normal?

Yes. Fund Desk is not code-signed yet, which is the usual state of independent Windows software. Choose More info, then Run anyway.

Is my money at risk from bugs in this?

Any software that can place an order carries that risk. What we can tell you is how it is built to fail: the stop is attached to the entry order and verified afterwards, only one module can place an order at all, it refuses to trade on stale data, and 478 automated tests run before every release. Read sections 4, 5 and 8 of the licence agreement before you buy.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

Yes. The licence is for you, not for a machine. Sharing your key with other people is what the agreement prohibits, and each key carries the email it was issued to.

How do I get my licence key?

Emailed automatically, usually within a few minutes. The download is on the receipt page immediately, so you can install while you wait.
